Come to this half-hour guided meditation to learn how to use meditation as a tool to reduce stress, control anxiety, promote emotional health, lengthen attention span, reduce age-related memory loss, help fight addictions, improve sleep, help control pain, decrease blood pressure. No experience needed.

Yoga

SAT & SUN - 9:30 - 10:30AM

A harmonized yoga sequence that includes long holds and dynamic movement. This class will flow through sun salutations and varying poses that will strengthen and open the body while focusing on breath and mindfulness. All levels are welcome.
